A haunted maze is a corn maze or house maze people walk through and look at the decorations or even the dressed-up actors. Haunted mazes tend to gain popularity when Halloween starts to come around.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first haunted entertainment was Orton and Spooner Ghost House. It was built in 1915 in Liphook, England. After a decade, it is still open and running. Its run by steam power. As people walk through, they will interact with costumed actors, moving floors, air jets, and sound effects. It was remodeled, but some of the original property was restored.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"808\" src=\"https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-7-1024x808.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1982\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-7-1024x808.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-7-300x237.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-7-768x606.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-7-1536x1212.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-7.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The first haunted corn maze was built in 1993 in Annville, Pennsylvania. The maze was titled \u201cThe Amazing Maize Maze\u201d. It was at least 126,000 square feet. Creating a corn maze can be hard due to having to pull the corn stalks to make the paths and to decide on what design to do. Even though corn mazes are difficult to make, they are fun to walk through and try to find the end.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"288\" height=\"175\" src=\"https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-6.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1981\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In October, people will go to different haunted mazes or houses for entertainment. People who especially like horror movies like going through these haunted attractions to experience some of the fear these characters go through. When interviewing <strong>Brayden Galbraith<\/strong>, a student in Culinary Arts, about whether he&#8217;s been to a haunted maze and if he enjoyed it, he said \u201cI have. I did not enjoy it because it wasn\u2019t that great nor was it scary\u201d. When asking <strong>Jasmine Sadler<\/strong>, a student in ADT, if she has ever been to a haunted house or maze, she said, \u201cI\u2019ve been to a haunted house and yes I enjoyed it.\u201d Some people enjoy it while others may not.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haunted mazes are super fun if people are into Halloween and horror stuff. Even though they are popular, some people don&#8217;t go to them.
