It celebrates the positive impact dance has in our lives. It also can make people learn more about dance.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/e7cbe5e5-ad4d-45e5-8327-546864c550f2\" alt=\"Picture\">International Dance Day is on April 29<sup>th<\/sup> because it is the birthday of the father of modern ballet, Jean-Georges Noverre. The day is meant to be celebrated by dancing and having fun. It is also to appreciate dance itself. The day itself was created by the Dance Committee of the International Theatre Institute or ITI. International Dance Day also encourages people to continue their education in dance. Festivals and events are held all over the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Picture\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/lenapetechtimes.com\/5d55141f-6a5c-47b7-bf4a-327048760083\">Dancing dates back all the way to the first cavillations. It is a way for people to express how they feel. Since dance has existed for a long time it keeps changing and improving. \u201cDance is the hidden language of the soul,\u201d is a famous quote by Martha Graham. This quote shows how important dance is in individuals lives. Dance will last a lifetime no matter what.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked about their thoughts about International Dance Day <strong>Nevaeh Lloyd<\/strong>, a cosmetology student, says, \u201cIt\u2019s an important aspect on my life.\u201d <strong>Keeley Furlong<\/strong>, an Allied Health student, was asked about her opinions on International Dance Day and replied, \u201cDance is the most important thing in my life.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dance plays a big role in people&#8217;s lives. No matter if you train in dance or dance alone it\u2019s good to just move the body.
