As the weather starts to chill, so do the bones of many as Halloween creeps around the corner. While Halloween is known for its scares, tricks and treats, it should also be known for its devilishly fun crafts. From bats to pumpkins, here are 3 of the most spine-tickling crafts for Halloween.
